WREATH & GARLAND FUNDRAISER

Dear Scouts and Family:
Our annual Wreath and Garland fundraiser has begun!! Scouts should solicit orders as soon as possible! We really need the help and support of the entire troop and their families to have a successful fundraiser. We have ordered 600 wreaths and 100 rolls of garland. Our goal is for each scout to sell 25 wreaths and 5 garlands. Last year the troop sold 692 wreaths and 140 garland!! We hope to top that!!
Wreath and garland pickup is Saturday November 28th from 8:00am to 1:00pm at The Pierces’ home at 6 Carpenter Lane. If this time is inconvenient, please call us at 781-837-8699 and we will place your wreaths and garland aside for a pickup time that is convenient.

Why should I sell you ask??
• Troop 101 has only one fundraiser a year.
• The boys receive 10% of all sales at December Court of Honor
• The three top sellers receive cash prizes!!.,
• Selling and supporting your troop is part of Scout Spirit.
• The wreaths and garland are reasonably priced and easy to sell.
• The profit helps to defray the amount we charge the boys for annual dues.
• The profits are used to pay for merit badges, rank patches, troop supplies, and to defray the cost of camping trips.
How should I sell??
• Call all your relatives and friends.
• For those that sold last year, get out last year's list and call last year's customers.
• Buy at least one or two for your own family. Every little bit helps.
• Parents: Place sign-up sheets at work on bulletin boards if possible.
• Make up flyers and place on neighbor's doors or in mailboxes.
• If you have a paper route, place flyers in with the papers.
• Knock on doors of friends and neighbors if you feel comfortable doing so.
• ALWAYS USE THE BUDDY SYSTEM
